Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee

At Memorialize Art, our goal is simple: we want you to love your artwork.
Because most of our products are custom-made, our refund and return process depends on the type of item purchased. Please review the sections below so you know exactly what to expect.

Custom & Personalized Items

Most Memorialize Art products are personalized and created specifically for each customer using the photos and details you provide.
How custom orders work
• A digital proof is created and shared with you for review
• You may request unlimited revisions during the preview stage
• Once you approve the proof, the artwork is sent to production for printing and shipping
Approval authorizes production and cannot be undone.

“Only Pay If You Love It” Guarantee

We proudly offer an “Only Pay If You Love It” guarantee on our custom artwork.
What this means:

• You’ll receive a digital proof before anything is printed
• You can request unlimited revisions during the preview stage
• If you don’t love the artwork before approval, you can cancel and you won’t be charged
Important clarification:
• This guarantee applies before final approval and production
• Once a proof is approved, the artwork is sent to print
• Approval confirms that you love the artwork and authorizes us to produce the physical item

If you have any concerns, we strongly encourage requesting revisions before approving the proof. Our team is always happy to help ensure you love the final result.

Refunds After Approval (Custom Items)

Because custom artwork is created specifically for you, refunds after approval are handled differently than standard returns.

If you’re dissatisfied after approval and delivery:

• We may offer a refund upon return of the artwork
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• The item must be returned in original condition

This added step helps ensure fairness, as the product was produced specifically for your order.

Refunds without a return, prepaid return labels, or other exceptions may be approved at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving damage, defects, or production errors.

Order Timelines & the Collaborative Proof Process

Custom artwork at Memorialize Art is a collaborative process designed to ensure you love the final result.

Order timelines depend on several factors, including:
• The complexity of the artwork
• The number of revision requests
• How quickly feedback and approvals are provided by the customer

Production does not begin until final approval is given. Delays in providing feedback, requesting revisions, or approving proofs may extend the overall completion timeline.

Because of this collaborative process, delivery estimates are not guaranteed timelines and may vary depending on customer participation.


Shipping & Carrier Delays

Once an order has been produced and handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our direct control.

While we always do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, Memorialize Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, peak volume periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds are not issued for shipping delays once an order has shipped, provided the item was produced correctly and shipped to the address confirmed by the customer.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.


Holiday & Peak Season Considerations

During peak seasons, including holidays, production and shipping timelines may be extended due to increased order volume and carrier congestion.

Customers ordering for time-sensitive occasions are encouraged to review proofs promptly and allow additional buffer time for production and delivery.

Refunds are not issued for delays related to peak season volume or carrier congestion once an order has been approved and sent to production.


Standard (Non-Custom) Items

For non-custom items (when applicable), we offer a more traditional return process.
• Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• If a return is approved, return instructions will be provided
• A prepaid return label may be issued at our discretion

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include photos of the item and packaging
In these cases:
• We’ll replace the item or issue a refund
• Return shipping or prepaid labels may be provided at no cost to you

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected (if applicable):
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Please allow 3–5 business days for processing
• Banks may take additional time to post the refund
